I know…here’s a quick China life update
It’s going to be a bit brief.
I’ve been in China for almost 6 months now. Which is wild and I honestly haven’t done much because getting initial things ready and then work.
It was hot during the summer. Like crazy hot. I hate being hot and the subway is almost a 20-minute walk away from home.
Then, work started and we had to cover for a teacher who was waiting on his visa. I just got my normal schedule less than 2 months ago. Not to mention midterms and meeting parents. To top it off my iron was hella low. Which makes it nearly impossible for me to want to do anything.
Been having issues with one class and cheating on multiple levels. Like if they were in university right now, they would be back here before Thanksgiving even came around. So many stories to share about that alone.
I want to go out and explore because Nanjing is actually a big city with things to do. I just live in the suburbs part with a ton of families.
So yeah, I have to get out there and explore. I want to see what this city has to offer from sites to see, coffee shops, restaurants, and just life in general.
Oh and just in case you are wondering. I’m actually really happy here. Probably the happiest I’ve been in my adult life. This is a huge statement but maybe I’ll explain why in another post. I should also talk about a normal day for me. Ohhh post ideas.
Anyway, I should make some notes so I can post those things. Hopefully, soon.
Until then,
안영~ or maybe now I should say 再见~
