Getting the hang of it.
There might be daily updates or every other day. I guess it’s my way of keeping myself accountable also of what I’m doing.
Went to the gym for an hour after work. Increased my speed on the treadmill and was pouring sweat. Doesn’t help (maybe it does) that I get hot very fast. After 10 minutes in super cold weather of walking I can start sweating especially with a hat on. In warmer weather it doesn’t take long at all especially since I tend to walk quickly. Now put that while working out in a gym that’s almost the same temperature as outside and a hoodie on. Within 3 minutes looks like I splashed water on my face. After 30 minutes I was pouring like a rain shower haha. Did the bike for 20 then some other things for 10 minutes before coming home. Started dinner and took a shower.
Finish making dinner which was baked chicken, sautéed tomatoes and brown rice. Already made lunch for tomorrow. Going to eat an orange soon and drink more water. I still need to work on drinking more water. Working out is making me drink more but when I’m at work I rarely drink anything. I am working on it though.
Glad I did all of that before 7:30pm. I feel more productive now instead of doing almost nothing after work besides making dinner and lunch for work.
