End of the week things: work, work outs, etc

Friday I just had too much stuff to do after work so no gym. Needed to go to the store, do laundry, wash my hair and etc. Took me over 2 hours on my hair alone.

So I did workout vids Friday, yesterday and today. I’m also being careful since where I had surgery is giving me some pain. I’m not sure why so I’m keeping an eye out on that just in case I need to go get it checked out. Last thing I need is to end up in the hospital again. I will go to the gym this week though.

Also spring allergies suck. Doesn’t help that I am allergic to some flowers and smelled a ton of sesame oil lately, so currently the right side of my face feels like a road map for rocks. Bleh. Left side cleared up amazingly. Body is also trying to straighten back out from all the junk I was putting in it the past few months. This happened before. Sorry body.

Tomorrow is Monday. I wish it was vacation time. Wait. I think next week there’s a holiday. Woooo~! May does gave holidays. *dances* I should check with my co-teacher about something so I can make a doctor appointment in Seoul. One I had to cancel in September because well I was in the hospital. Bleh. But I’m trying to make sure that my health is good all-around. I need to take care of myself.

Which leads me to getting rest this weekend. I’m not feeling 100%. More like 95ish%. This weather being hot then cold with rain and wind all in one day does not help. Then, pollen and dust/smog in the air lately is messing me up too along with other allergies.

Hmmm what else? Diet is getting back on track. Since moving here I was so horrible. Was ordering McDonald’s way too often during the week and weekends because I was super tired and that was easier. It’s delievered to your door. Just horrible. That messed up my skin too. I was putting junk into my body and it showed. Oh it shows. So, sorry McDs gonna have to let you go. I would get it for breakfast since it was right there from the bus stop. Now I need to go back to making my own breakfast in the morning. It will save me money, be good for my body and I won’t be freaking out when they take too long and the bus is about to come.

Oh~! Not relaxing my hair yet. I can handle my hair so far especially with the stuff I ordered. Actually seeing curls, so I won’t kill them with chemicals yet. If anything I chopped at least 2 inches of hair off Friday. Most were split ends and/or heat damaged. They were absolutely ghastly and needed to go. Plus they are my relaxed ends, they will have to go sooner or later if I’m going to be fully natural in the future. Didn’t realize how much my hair grew in 4 months. I’m curious to see what it’ll be like in another 4 months. So, I guess in August.

I have to kiss the flat iron good bye since I don’t want to damage my hair again. Especially my natural hair that’s growing in, I have to take care of it. Also, not having a relaxer allows me to work out without worrying about basically sweating the relaxer out. Just wash my hair and take care of it like normal. Benefits~

But yeah that’s about it. I already made dinner for today and lunch for tomorrow. Now to catch up on my Hell’s Kitchen and eat some strawberries.
