Let’s start jogging one step at a time

Day 1. Couldn’t sleep anyways and in my head was like “do it already~ You gotta step it up. It’s not raining and less people out.” So, got up and did 30 minutes. Mostly walking though and jogging in between. There was some running but not much. Felt like I was going to die (over dramatic) but still. I am soooo out of shape. It’s insane. I must work on it. If an apocalypse happened I would be all “Just go! Leave me behind. The running is killing me already!” ?

But yeah. Now to shower and stuff. Not even 5am yet. I’m always up so bloody early.
