A lovely weekend
As you guys can see I went to Park Hyoshin’s concert. Still can’t get over that.
Friday after work I came home for like an hour then headed to Seoul to meet up with Keri and her co-worker Ingrid who has become a great friend too. We went to get pizza ran across one of their co-workers that I don’t like. Long story.
Anyways after pizza went to try out a Korean dessert cafe. Everything was delicious. Then we went to the pub to say hi to the bartender and get a drink before heading to bed.
Saturday Keri’s wall had to be checked out. The people who own the building came and did what needed to be done while we went to eat lunch and then took the bus to Myeongdong. Yes, a bus. I know shocking. We were against buses. They look like death traps. Now? Ehh…they are good to get where you need to go especially seeing more of the city than in the subway.
Shopped around and got some things and then headed back to her place. By the time we got back everything was taken care of. I got ready to leave for the concert and it was perfect timing.
When I got to the venue I just hopped in line. Waited maybe 10 minutes and went inside. Not bad at all. Enjoyed four hours of that lovely man and then caught the last train out. Which ended way before I needed it to, but took a taxi the rest of the way to Keri’s. Well to the pub.
Had to say happy birthday to another one of Keri’s co-workers who’s super duper sweet. I then met another co-worker who’s really nice too. So it was the 4 of us enjoying drinks and conversation until like 2am.
Then we called it a night because Keri, Ingrid, and I were going to be going to Costco later.
So around 8 something we were heading to Ilsan to Costco. It was my first time. Once we got in Keri and I signed up for our own membership cards and got those done. Then it was shopping time~!
Ham, sliced turkey, mustard, raisins, brownie mix, sausages, and croissants~! Pure heaven.
Then we taxied back to their building. I got all my stuff together. Talking about an arm workout. Lifting it to the station and walking with it. Best part though, I had a seat the entire time even with transferring. So I’d say it was a pretty perfect weekend.
I know, I’m all upbeat. Granted I hate the snow that’s going on but hey, I had a lot of good stuff happen from Friday~Sunday.
So yeah…until next time~
