From Itaewon to k-pop idols like BTS, so what’s next?

So Saturday I went to meet a friend that finally made it into the country. We met last year and got close instantly. We met up in Itaewon. Not my favorite place, now I like it after being there so long Saturday. She was running late so I walked around. Coming to find out there was a Global Village Festival going on. It actually felt good knowing that there are a lot of foreigners here from all over the world.

She finally arrived and we went to eat at this taco place. It was good. We talked and then she had to go to church so I decided to stick around, since I didn’t feel like coming way home yet.

I walked around to get a feel for the place. Found an international market, got some KETCHUP! I cannot deal with Korean ketchup, that five spice does not work for me. Got some other things too and then went back to where they had the festival going on.

I enjoyed some random bands playing, then realized that Girl’s Day was suppose to perform later. Either way I was enjoying my day. I didn’t even realize what time it was, the opening ceremony was starting meaning it was 5pm. I was there since 11am. Then my friend called to ask if I was still around, which I was. So she wanted to get dinner with me and her cousin. I got up and was like “Man…I’m going to miss Girl’s Day.” Like I already planned out the train and everything. But I shrugged it off and walked plus I was hungry.

The crowd was a mess because people were buying food and everything. Then bam walk into Girl’s Day. I was like well then….don’t have to wait to see them. Finally meet up with my friend and her cousin and we go to eat. We talked and enjoyed dinner. After that her cousin left and it was me and my friend. She needed some shoes. So I was like “Alright let’s go!”

We hopped the subways and finally decided to go to the Express Bus Station. She got some shoes and we just looked around. Then I needed some water. I saw the mall thing that’s attached and was like “ooooo let’s go.”

We went in and saw a crowd and was like “O.o what’s going on?”

When we were walking around and saw the poster. I was like “Ah….BTS.”

People were asking me who it was. I’m like O.o really you don’t know? *does NO dance*

Anyways the thing was suppose to start at 8pm and it’s like 7:53pm. So perfect timing. Then we saw the staff near us lining up and figured that they were coming that way. What happens? Less than 5 minutes later all the members are walking right in front of us. I was like who would’ve thought?

After that we decided to call it a night, plus I had like an almost 2 hour ride home. But everything ended pretty well. I’m just wondering if this is going to be a trend. I’m seeing someone weekly now. O.o

By the way went back to Jae’s cafe and the blue lemonade is even better than the regular one. Like OMG so good. I need them to like ship me some gallons.

Anyways until next time!
